Continued Missions Support
HOUSTON AREA MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
Working with the 1000 Hills Ministry we regularly journey to downtown Houston and serve the homeless. They receive ministry through preaching, one on one counseling, and meals after each service. Basic needs are met by providing food, water, clothing and meeting other urgent requests. The homeless are guided to other ministries that assist them in getting off the streets.
Woodridge participates with financial support and personal assistance and involvement. Individuals and small groups are encouraged to participate with donations of funds or clothing. High school youth are involved by going once each month.
