What to expect

Visiting a new church can be a little nerve-wracking for the first time. But don’t worry, our staff of trained volunteers will make sure your visit to Woodridge goes smoothly.

Our parking lot staff will help you find a place close to the church. Once inside, relax with a cup of coffee or a bottle of water as our friendly greeters help you figure out where to go. If you’ve got children, rest assured that we have an excellent safety team in place, including a uniformed Houston police officer on site.

Our “come as you are” spirit applies not only to dress but to your heart. There are no “spiritual snobs” at WBC, for each of us is humbled by the idea that Christ loves us. Whether you come in a suit or jeans doesn’t matter—this is a house of grace, a place where you will be accepted for who God is making you to be. That’s why we call it Woodridge—your place to belong.
