Woodridge Baptist Church has an opening for a full-time Children’s Pastor/Minister. The position will be responsible for providing guidance, oversight, and leadership for the children’s ministry while working cooperatively and collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, department leaders, and teachers. The ideal candidate has experience in leading a children’s and preschool ministry. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and communication skills. They should have a genuine love for children and a passion for sharing their faith. A candidate should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Woodridge Baptist Church is a growing church, and we are looking for a Children’s Pastor/Minister that can develop our children’s and preschool ministry to keep pace with growth.
